whats " the best program book cd etc" for me to learn portuguese by myself. im planning to browse around in barnes and nobles but i need gather up some ideas first.can you name me the book or a program that i can purschase?

My husband and I are possibly moving to Brazil. I would like to use Rosetta Stone and take some classes...What are the odds of me actually becoming fluent in Portuguese? Not to sound as if I have no confidence in myself, it's just that I have always dreamed of learning a new language but when I'd buy a book, it would seem to much of a daunting task. Thanks you
