ever since me and my family moved to america from japan I've forgotten how to speak hindi. I know that sounds strange, but I am half japanese, part Indian and part Black. my grandmother and moms side is from India, and I used to talk to her in hindi all the time when she call us when we lived in japan. now I don't talk to her much anymore and I dont have anybody to speak hindi to. my mother prefers not to speak hindi and i dont know why. what should i do? i dont want to forget hindi. i have noone to speak to. now i am only speaking english and japanese.
