Who I am?

Hello,

My name is Nicolette and I am a language lover. I can speak 7 languages. My native languages are French and Creole and I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German.

I am an active contributor to forums related to foreign languages, my favorite forum is Yahoo Answers. I like to share my insights, my experiences, my knowledge with others, so I decided to blog it.

Learning a foreign is first a great pleasure and a spiritual enrichment. the benefits of learning a foreign language is priceless.

I want to share with you my passion for foreign languages and cultures and I want to help you, through my insights, to achieve your dream to talk a new language.

I have tested a lot of methods to find which one is the best in order to see quick results. I am going to give you a review of the methods that I know, I surf the Internet for you, almost every day, to find the BEST online resources that you can use to help you in your project.

There are different types of learners and a language learner has to know in which category he belongs ... what is his learning style. To me, it's the most important thing that a student need to figure out for himself.

The best strategy is immersion for everyone but not everyone can spend a few month in a foreign country, I will discuss about other options. You will find in my blog ... Why is so important to know your learning style? why it's so important to interact with natives speakers? why immersion is so important? how to use Internet and find FREE online resources ... the last discoveries about languages learning ... the
best tools, software etc. ... how the brain is involved in the learning process?... how to be and stay motivated ... how to learn fast? and much more ... I will share with you my experiences, my insights as a polyglot.

I would appreciate if you share your experiences, success stories, about learning a foreign language and the method (s) that you are using or you used in the past. You are invited to ask questions, and to leave comments. Your feedback will be appreciated.

I hope that you enjoy my blog!
